Ceremonial-Only Magery and Hang Spell or Reflex

M128: should the "Concentrate action to activate" take 10 consecutive maneuvers (similar to the 10 second ceremony needed to sense magic items) if you have ceremonial-only magery (from Thaumatology) ?

Same Q for voluntary (non-defense) activation of Reflexed (M132) spells too, I guess. Not sure if "It takes one second to cast, regardless of the time it would
normally require to cast." is the same as "takes a Concentrate action to activate" or if they might function differently.
