Default enchantments - Graceful Weapon vs Quick-Draw

reviewing pg 63 of Magic I noticed some overlap between what these two do - apparently they're pretty useful for unbalanced weapons where attacking and parrying interfere with each other.

Quick-Draw has a basic counter "does not become unready after
attacking or parrying" but GW seems go beyond this - "does not become unready after attacking or parrying, even on a critical miss"

Since Quick-Draw makes no mention of 'even on a critical miss' would it be reasonable to assume that only Graceful Weapon keeps your weapon ready if critical misses unready it, and that critical misses will unready your weapon if all you have is Quick-Draw?

A 2nd advantage to Graceful Weapon also seems to be that it resists Turn Blade and Bladeturning, whereas Quick-Draw would not? That's important if you happen to have a cutting weapon, although not beneficial if you're using other weapon types.

Loyal Sword (not sure why it's not called Loyal Weapon since it doesn't actually mention swords-only) also seems to emulate quick-Draw, but only in the sense of quick-drawing a weapon on the next turn. LS does not mention preventing unreadying as the other two, so would it be correct to assume it wouldn't?

Graceful Weapon also presumably allows a flail with cutting blades to strike properly.

Quick-Draw is for drawing your weapon. With the enchantment, it instantly jumps to your hand when needed even if it's in a scabbard or lying on the ground next to you.

Graceful Weapon keeps that drawn weapon ready at all times.

Loyal Sword is an advanced version of Quick-Draw where the weapon will fly back to the owner if it's too far away for Quick-Draw to work. So it would be quite useful for throwable weapons.

Yep I'm mostly focusing on the benefit it has for unreadied weapons though. It's not purely for drawing but also for unbalanced weapons like axes.

From your description, it sounds like Quick Draw and Loyal Weapon would allow for a Critical Failure result that unreadies your weapon, but you'd be able to Ready it on your turn as a free action, while with Graceful Weapon that Critical Failure wouldn't unready your weapon. The mechanical distinction is pretty much just if someone attacks you between your Critical Failure and your next turn - with Quick Draw and Loyal Weapon, your weapon cannot be used to Parry that attack, while with Graceful Weapon, it can.

Of course, as GM, you'll need to make a judgement call. If, to you, Quick Draw looks like an enhanced version of Graceful Weapon (much as Loyal Weapon is apparently an enhanced version of Quick Draw), you should probably let all three ignore an unready from a Critical Failure (as well as Turn Blade, etc). If instead they look to you more like distinct spells that have some overlap, then the CritFail (and Turn Blade, etc) protection only applies to Graceful Weapon. Or maybe it seems more like Quick Draw and Graceful Weapon are distinct, but Loyal Weapon is essentially a combined and improved version of both, in which case both Graceful Weapon and Loyal Weapon get that protection while Quick Draw does not.

I like the idea of overlap rather than enhanced version since it gives reason to use both enchantments on a weapon.

If it was a higher version there'd probably be some option to upgrade from lesser to greater which I remember seeing on some other leveled enchantment.
