Do W23 purchases count toward the Kickstarter total, or should we hold off buying the PDF to let money go toward the 8-page-comic stretch-goal?

They do not. The Kickstarter campaign is 100% separate.

The hardcover reward from the Kickstarter will presumably only be available in the US. There's presumably a PDF level in the Kickstarter. So for people outside the US, holding back on buying the W23 preview and putting the money into the Kickstarter makes sense, unless you're really keen to see the PDF ASAP. Is that about right?

We do not know. We are exploring options, but the UK and EU changes this year have made it more difficult to sell to gamers in those regions. Even PDF sales are rough-to-impossible because of the changes the UK and EU have made this year.

We have zero control over those laws and the decisions of people in government. All we can do is adapt as best we can, which means more and more no sales to those areas of the world.
