What does it mean to put Cannot Parry (from the Melee Attack limitation) on a touch attack? Does it mean that you cannot parry unarmed on the turn you used the ability?

I'm pretty sure it just means you can't use the ability itself to parry. Ordinarily, if you have a melee-range Attack advantage ready to use, you can parry using it and avoid all the disadvantages of an unarmed parry. Putting Cannot Parry on the attack removes this option.
