I definitely agree that big clunky suits should make physical actions harder. However, I'd prefer it they took a route similar to restrictive gauntlets (Ham Fisted) or headwear (No Peripheral Vision). In other words, a flat -X to dexterity, instead of a cap on DX skills. This method doesn't even seem that out-there to me; multiple layers of armor already give a DX penalty.

But anyways, this isn't on topic for this thread. I can drop it or start a new thread.
