Can't find lens

I am reviewing my copy of GURPS: Food Service and I could have sworn there was a Dishwasher lens for the Busboy template, but now I can't find it. Can anyone help?

It's in the "Dine and Dash" Pyramid article under the "What if you get caught?" section.

It does sound like something SJG might do - not just as a ridiculously nit-picking thing, but as a deliberately silly thing for deliberately silly games. Something in the IOU line, maybe. (Actually, catering for that lot probably would be a job requiring serious skill points, seeing as some of them are from outer space and some of them might try to eat you).
