Twas a good fight, good show of force, magical friends do not despair, these are not the best circumstances for conjuring it seems.

Are they still in front of the elemental? What's their distance to the door, and what is Ruby's?

Yup.
The hob women are about 3 or 4 yards from the door.
Ruby is 17 yards minus whatever Move she got in so far (up to 3 turns of full Move in IDEAL conditions). At least 5 yards from the door, by my count, maybe more.

Ruby has move 4, and so has moved 12 yards... she is five yards away from the door. She SPRINTS to add 1 one yard, and makes it to the door before the hobgoblins!


Sullyfur is next to telrith, and Jade is following behind.

The hob women are shocked to see the elemental rush out in front of them suddenly. Seeing it is blocking the way, they pause and then bitterly surrender.

(OC: Combat over.)

The hob women gingerly allow themselves to be herded back to the middle of the room. A few try to comfort the wounded striplings.

In order to improve the party’s following actions and to improve the creatures' reactions, Bain makes use of Leadership 10 (5). He speaks in a firm, yet moderate tone to the group and the creatures. Bain pets Mihrimah and tells her she did a great job, he also thanks Vicious, Telrtih and company for their support.

Bain asks Vicious to handcuff the monsters. “Friend, please handcuff these creatures, and double check their bindings once it is done”. “This is for the good of all of us”, he says, speaking to both the party and the monsters. Telrith, could you help us watching them? He adds: “Mihrimah, take their gear and make watch. And Gathika it is your time to shine, make sure they understand we are giving them a chance and tend to their wounds, just stabilize them. Hopefully your actions will be of help.”

He concludes talking to the hobgoblins, “Now, it is time for you to speak. If you cooperate, we might spare your lives. We are here but to get rid of the ones behind the skeletons and the abominations, not them. Vicious, if you may, please carry on with the interrogation.”

After the healing is done, Bain retrives his arrows.
