3rd edition transformation and limitations question
I'm working on a GURPS supers game and I'm trying to construct the powers eventually exhibited by my players, using 3rd edition and the GURPS Supers 2nd edition book, I'm trying to create a character who has to transform to access his abilities. My question is, do limitations applied to transformation apply to all the abilities attached (limitations like takes recharge, etc.)?

Re: 3rd edition transformation and limitations question
As far as I recall no, however they may be applied.
So you can have limitations on the transformation like say Accessibility "Say magic word" and that would not be on abilities you have while transformed. However you could certainly add that accessibility to to underlying powers.
