Supers Dreadnought Template Question

Reading Supers in detail again, and I can't figure out how the Strength Amplification Power on the Dreadnought template costs 300 points.

It's External ST 150 with -60% of Limitations.
p79 says External ST costs 8 points per level.
150 x8 x40% = 480 points.

What am I missing? Thanks

I would love if hey implement errata in the pdfs more effectvely. I know all the discussion the matters involving it, but anyway, it would be great =)

And to be completely clear;
The errata reduces the External ST to 136, and adds an additional -10% limitation.
Which still doesn't add up (136*8*.3=326.4), however, the External ST is the final ST including the wearers, and since the Dreadnought template character had ST11, the 'suit' adds, +125ST, and 125*8*.3 = 300.
Assuming that is how this works, it makes sense.
