Naturalists don't know about cryptids. If Priest give analogous knowledge of the supernatural, it would be for "normal" supernatural, not weird stuff (both as determined by their religion's teachings).

The other weird thing about Book of Unlife is the artwork, much of which looks far more modern than the mediaeval/renaissance era of Elyntia, and of course the Technogeist. It feels like it's intended for a non-Cidri setting.

Expert Naturalists can figure out cryptids, so if you like this analogy then Theologians, or expert versions of a new talent, would be able to make rolls for weird stuff.
