Martial Arts: Reversed Grip Tip Slash
I'm looking for clarification regarding Tip Slashes (MA 113) and Reverse Grips (MA 111).
Tip slashes state that they are treated as swinging attacks despite using thrust damage. Reverse grips state that thrusting attacks get +damage, while Swinging attacks are at -damage. If tip slashing from a reversed grip would you get the +damage because tip slashes use thrust damage? Or would you get -damage because tip slashes are swinging attacks? |

Re: Martial Arts: Reversed Grip Tip Slash
-damage, because swinging is weaker from that grip, and a tip slash is still a swing.

Re: Martial Arts: Reversed Grip Tip Slash
Agreed, and a reverse grip seems like a very awkward way to do a tip slash.
