Triskaidekaphilia. For monster win?

my wife kicks open the door and its lvl 18 Cycle Gang. if i would play the Oblivious card gives -5 to monster, the monster is now a lvl 13 and i also play Triskaidekaphilia (play during any combat when the munchkin side or the monster side has a combat strength of exactly 13. that side immediately wins the combat. No further cards may be played.) would she die or does she have the chance to run.

"The monsters win" means she has to Run Away. Yes, she gets the chance to roll.

A. What is the bad stuff on the card

B. She would make a run away roll first

ok. so then yes she would die, if she failed run-away
