Default Exploring new rooms.

If I use one move token (out of three) to go to an unexplored room through an open door, then defeat the monster, since I have two move tokens left, if there is a door way that takes two or less, that is unexplored can I move into and explore another new room and fight another monster?

Does this mean as long as you don't search a room or make a deal you can explore a new room?

It means that you can keep exploring new rooms as long as you have enough unspent Move to move through the links.

Even after you've failed to run away from a monster?

Assuming you haven't died from the Hits you took, or the Bad Stuff from the Monster doesn't kill you or cancels the rest of your Move, then, yes, you can still use the your remaining Move even if you failed to Run Away from a Monster.

Also, to be totally clear, you always move to another (explored) room when you try to Run Away, unless there is literally no escape or you die. The question is whether the Bad Stuff happens first.
