Getting access to the sage requires a Savoir-Faire (High Society) roll, he lives in the upper Bailey and is the guest of the commander. Failure, and you have to apply for a meeting tomorrow.

Yes, there is a bank. Planning to take out a loan, or secure your money? Securing your money costs 5% of the money banked as an one-time fee, and you get a neat magical tattoo as a proof of your account and holdings.

Those are special orders. For each specific item, roll 3d. If you roll 9 or less, you can find it right now. Roll over, and the order will take days equal to the roll minus 9 to arrive for you.

I think Mystic Mist is an Enchantment, not an alchemical item.

The rest of the stuff is fine, spend the cash. I would also like to note that amulets typically only work one at a time IIRC (so you have to swap out what you wear to get different effects, your comrades can wear the amulets you are not currently wearing).

The bank binds a miniature divine servitor of a neutral God into the bow, to handle tracking your account and proof of credit. The glowing mark only shows up when invoked - that is, buying, selling and managing the account.
The interest rate is zero.

Charms can be combined, but it's not possible to stack the effects of charms of the same type "Multiple charms of the same type aren’t additive" this is in DFRPG magic items 1.

The ring of mystic mist protects the user from mystic mist "Wearer is immune to the negative effects of Mystic Mist (...) wearer still benefits from the positive effects". It is a piece of miscellaneous jewelry, that could be of alchemical nature.
