That's Immunity to Acceleration with Force Field, and possibly Affects Others (if the GM allows) on both your Enhanced Move and your Immunity if you can kind of drag people along with you rather than pick them up off the ground and have them enjoy your speed and immunity to its affects.

Force Field on your Immunity to Acceleration and your incidental DR should be sufficient if you're actually picking people up (which of course puts a limit on how big they can be based on your ST), based on a strict reading of the enhancement. Putting Selectivity on it as well means you could turn it off and pretty reliably knock out anybody without a sky-high HT just by whisking them away at 10 Gs plus.
