To be honest, me too. And I'm more creative, fluent, and coherent when I'm writing rather than speaking. But that's not a universal trait - not that many people seem to be trained typists any more.

I thought I would give my view on it. I am an avid Fantasy Grounds User. FG has moved into it's 3.0 version, but since you only have to buy FG once, the the version number is now more for just keeping track of when you need to update the engine.

The GURPS ruleset is an older community based set with a glitch here and there. But it works well for what I use it for. Rolling dice, sharing characters and maps. I am currently running a GURPS traveller game on there.

There is someone working on an updated GURPS set, but eta on that is a little sketchy.

If you don't mind a slower pace, there are active forum GURPS games at rpol.net, where I frequent. You can even practice your GURPS-fu at a conveniently located arena, found in my signature.

really, I looked through PbP on that forum and found little. can you link to the main gurps community?

Mostly GURPS games are found in the advertisements section of said board, or just by doing a search for GURPS on the forums.
