Incantation without spell slots

Hi

Is there an official disadvantage to reduce cost of incantation magic by prohibiting the ability to create spell slots?

Also are there any supplements or articles to buy that add to incantation magic?

This is answered on p. 17 of Pyramid #3/66: The Laws of Magic. There are infusions, incantations, scripts, and conditional spells. If only incantations are excluded this is worth -5%. For DF games I'd double that to -10%, maybe even to -20% since you're removing most of your combat ability.
