Default Wizards in One-Shots (Mana Stat)

Hi all! It looks like I'll be running a TFT scenario at a con this summer, likely for beginning (32-34pt) characters. Since the scenario will probably involve multiple skirmishes, I'm thinking about giving any wizard pregen characters the Mana Staff spell and a few points in the Mana attribute. For those who've run con scenarios like this before, do you find that a starting wizard has enough juice to get through a 4-hour session?

Thanks,
Shawn

A great deal depends on how intense those four hours are. If it is one skirmish after another with no rest between, the wizards will run out of ST quickly. If, however, there is even just a half-hour for wizards to rest after a bout of spell casting, they can gain back 2 points.

I concur. A physicker helps too.
