Telrith swings, but his skeleton dodges.


Sullyfur all-out attacks... and I think he hits... does a 12 save the skeleton? If not it takes 4 crushing damage.

The skeleton fails to defend, so it is hit hard by the elemental. The Servitor was not built to suffer crushing damage well.

TURN 6

The three skeletons on the frontline try attacking Vic, Sullyfur and Telrith again.

(OC: players, please roll for me. Skill 14, damage 1d+1 imp.)

The skeletons may land their attacks on the targets.
It will be 3, 2 and 5 damage to Vic, Telrith and Sullyfur (respectively).
Roll your defense!

Sullyfur has no active defenses, but takes no damage due to DR.



(do the skeletons suffer shock when hit? The hit to sullyfur may not have been a hit... not that it matters this time around)

(OC: The Skeletons all have High Pain Threshold. And high enough DR to suffer no injury, means no shock.)

The hireling and the zombies do nothing important on their turns.

Bain gets a chance to act, he slow-drew an arrow last action.

Bain attacks a “healthy” skeleton with the first arrow of his DWA, it’s a deceptive attack (-4) aimed to the neck.

He looks serious but does not seem bothered about talks to the dark-elf:
Make sure they do not fall for surprises, if you notice anything funny let me know.

Attack 1
Shooting 8 (DWA, ACC, quick-shooting, deceptive, neck: 15, 3, -1, -4, -5).
The attack makes it!
Hide: 3D6 → 8(2 +2 +4)
The enemy tries to dodge (11-2) 10 but fails.

Damage:
2d6+4 (-2DR) * 2 CUT
Hide: 2D6 → 10(4 +6)
12*2 = 24 HP of damage

The skeleton passes its HT rolls, but now it’s reeling and at -5 HP.

Attack 2
The second attack goes for the reeling skeleton, it’s another deceptive attack -4.
Shooting 13 (DWA, ACC, quick-shooting, deceptive: 15, 3, -1, -4).
Hide: 3D6 → 13(5 +5 +3)
The arrow flies true.
The enemy tries to dodge (8-2) 7 and fails.

Damage:
2d6+4 (-2DR) * 2 CUT
Hide: 2D6 → 7(3 +4)
9*1.5 = 13 HP of injury, this much damage should destroy the skeleton.

(OC: this bolded part is wrong. You're thinking of a daily recovery roll, not a roll to stay conscious or against knockdown and stunning.)

The enemy skeleton is brutally busted deep by Vic's graceful attack. A satisfying crunch as the blade impacts, even if the undead fiend stays in the fight!
