Wellsprings of Creation setting for DFRPG/GURPS DF presented in Pyramid Collection

Does anyone have a hex grid map of "Wellsprings of Creation" preferably with many of the locations already placed on the map.

I'd love to see this setting expanding as a stand alone book complete with hex grid maps (properly oriented north-south) with locations listed on the map. Good for an old fashioned hex-crawl. It would be great if this were done full color (the way some of the Fantasy Trip stuff is being handled).
