Ravens, crows, owls, and bottles. I collect these things and I don't know why. I just always have. From feathers to skulls to bottles filled with them.

Re: November 19, 2023: What Is Your Koala?
For me it's Munchkin. Collecting Munchkin helped keep me (in?)sane during the (still ongoing) pandemic and continues to do so in the current domestic and world political climate. If there was a physical manifestation of my sense of humor it would be Munchkin. Well that and Cards Against Humanity, but perhaps that's a different aspect of my personality. ;-)
For my wife it's frogs. Just about every kind you can imagine except a real one. Why? Many years ago I realized my wife was a Swamp Frog. Yes, you read that correctly. I'd explain but others of her ethnicity might take offense rather than understand it's a (moderately?) clever satire of prejudice, which is why it's hysterically funny to me. Don't look at me like that, I described my sense of humor. ;-) Regardless she has embraced the title and there are frogs EVERYWHERE in and around our home. There is a gathering of them in one place we refer to as the Frog Shine, She says every frog is a reminder of how much I love her. I don't deserve her and unless she did something terrible in a previous life she doesn't deserve me, but c'est la vie. ;-)

Lucky enough to not have a koala. For a while I was getting wolf chotchkes, but that tapered off. The 3 - 4 statuettes share a shelf with tribute items to my dogs. The wolf t-shirts are lost amidst piles of other t-shirts.

LED flashlights.
Started when a friend started trying to find "the perfect one" for himself, and handed the rejects to me to do with as I would. This was early 2000s. Now I've got dozens of the things. I'll open a drawer or box or bag and find one I'd forgotten about. And now, I have a tendency that when I see a new one that has some feature I like or hadn't seen before, and is within my price range, I'll add it to my collection. On the other hand, I don't worry about the power going out for lack of lighting.

Even though I worked for a company that made a large number of geek memorabilia, I pretty much got away with just having way too many t-shirts.
I have a bunch of sets of things but I didn't specialize so it's all over the place. Also I give things away so I don't end up like a friend of mine who ended up collecting small lighthouse tchotchkes. |

Mechanical Pencils and Dice.
Unlike most gamers, I have too many dice. |
