Munchkin Game Designer List?

Where can I find a list of Game Designers and Artists (person or people, not the companies) for each Munchkin set?

I would like to view a list/spreadsheet or have a collaborative effort thread in collaboration with SJGames of a Munchkin Game Designers and Artist list who have made all the Munchkin sets. Some sets do not mention the Game Designer or Artist in the credits of the Munchkin sets, especially USAopoly Munchkin sets.

There is no comprehensive list. If a set doesn’t list the creative team, that’s a decision by the publisher.
