Default Stating a functional shotgun inside a bionic leg

As the title says.
One of my players wants to have a character with a bionic leg that has a one-shot shotgun or other similar weapon inside the leg that can be used as a functional gun.
How would you create this advantage?
I'm leaning toward using the bionic leg from UT with Payload, but I can't figure out how to make it functional.
Any help?

Use Innate Attack with enhancements and limitations.

It has the ability to fire it might be a weapon mount. That's a very efficient limitation on extra arm.

It probably also has foot manipulator so it's going to hit the full minus 80%

FWIW, the old GURPS 3E Cyberpunk book has stats for leg-mounted Weapon Implants and Weapon Mounts. For GURPS 4E rules, look at Weapon Mounts in GURPS 4E Ultratech, p. 212.

Loosely adapting the GURPS 3E rules, which assume a long gun mounted in the lower leg which fires out of the bottom of the user's heel, a leg-mounted Weapon Mount might have the Inaccurate -2 and Takes Extra Time (+1 second) limitations as well as Accessibility (Only while barefoot and only against targets you can reasonably hit with a foot-mounted weapon, weapon might malfunction due to mud, etc. getting into the barrel), -40%.

Assuming a large user with thick upper legs (e.g., a big man with thighs like a professional soccer player's), you might be able to cram a single shot bullpup style shotgun into the upper thigh which fires from near the user's groin. ("Is that a gun in your implant or are you just happy to see me?") It would avoid much of the inconvenience of the mount described above, although Acc would still be poor and the user would have to wear a bathing suit or short trousers unless they don't mind ruining their clothes.

How about a thigh mounting pointing down, so that the user raises their knee to 90' to fire it? Also ideal for shooting people under the table, Han Solo style and for an epic crotch-kneeing.

If I use an internal weapon mount, would this make the weapon functional? Also, would the player be able to change the weapon inside his leg?
I'd prefer to use $$ for the weapon instead of Innate Attack if it is possible.

So, someone already answered my question. /facepalm.
Thank you.

Thank you for pointing me to the page reference in UT. I had missed it.

Doesn't that indicate an external hard point type of mount that's extremely obvious and is usually able to swap out one weapon for another? An integrated concealed mount would be a bit more involved. I don't have my books handy but that's how I remember it.

Basic Set doesn't say 'obvious', it just says 'you have a “hardpoint” where you can mount a weapon' (it also says you can't combine it with Foot Manipulators, but Weapon Mount is the full -80% anyway). Possibly, the UT rules are different, though.

A weapon mount plus payload adequate to contain the shotgun might do the job (payload is rather vague on shapes, so having a firing port might be an advantage or perk ... or it might just be a zero point feature. It's probably a perk if you can open and close it as needed).
