Default Fainting Two Foes

If my fighter is facing two opponents and I feint ,does it affect both opponents?

Example:
I roll my feint roll 6 under my skill
The first fighter rolls one over (he is at -6 on defense)
The second fighter rolls two under (he is at -4 on defense)

If not, do I choose the which fighter I intent to faint and if I have duel weapon attack can I feint once for each?

No.

You must choose who you feint. Technically, GURPS Martial Arts allows for substituting a feint in on each weapon for a Dual-Weapon Attack, but since they are simultaneous it only makes sense in the context you mentioned - it's not really possible to use one as a feint and one as an attack on the same person, since there is no time to react to the feint and leave an opening.
