Re: Art for the DF series
Here is a picture that would be perfect for a dungeon fantasy cover:

Re: Art for the DF series
If I had my way about it, all our books would have covers like this. Now that's fantasy art.
It's probably best they don't let me near Production.

I've been drawing most of those illustrations for my games. As the campaign is going to reach its climax, the illustrations will get more and more dungeonesque and horrific. Unfortunately, I'm not able to update my web page on my own... You guys should also check the Berserk japanese comics. I'm not overly fond of manga and comics in general, but this is really worth the read, expecially because its drawing style is quite un-manga. Faux medieval times meet Evil Dead & Hellraiser tropes. The drawings are almost astounding for a comic, full of manic architectural details and gruesome anatomics.

I really like the style of Miura, and those splash pages with unbelievable detail are just awesome. If only he had a more consistent release schedule... but you can't really hurry art. |

Yes, of course: I read the guidelines and already knocked at the art director's door, not too long ago. Perhaps I'll give this a second try as soon as I'm able to upload newer (and better) material in my galleries. I feel so guilty for having scoffed at it for years, while my buddies repeatedly told me it ought to strike my cords... on the other side, having started to read it only very recently, I'm in no shortage of berserk issues at the moment...
