Default [Horror] Extended Duration on Possession

The Dybbuk template has Possession modified with Costs FP, Spiritual, and Extended Duration. I'm trying to figure out that the ED represents. Is there a new rules I missed that limits how long Possession lasts?

It means that the time-dependent effects are slanted in your favor: your last victim suffers 3d seconds of mental stun instead of 1d when you leave or are kicked out.

Makes sense, thanks. Now to find was to exploit that advantage.

That's not a build I would have expected. Of course, these things are not intended for PCs, but I would have thought that a limited enhancement would apply, since the Possessing character is not enhancing the full ability, but only that small part of it (the after-effect). I take it, then, that the idea is that the full value of the enhancement is to be charged because it is affecting the only aspect of the modified trait that it can?
