Daily updates are borderline insane to me, keep it to weekly, at most. If you actually do more than one update a day, you're doing life wrong, IMHO.

Just a reminder

Up until I wind up ordering the actual physical books once surveys are in, the artwork is complete, and we've had time to give the document a few hardcore playtest runs (figure a few more weeks), Saethor's Bane is still accepting late pledges.

The new upgraded artwork looks FANTASTIC, and the book is almost certain to clock in well over 50 pages. Some of that is new font size for my tired old eyes, but there's new content for Delvers to Grow sprinkled in there, plus a lot of room for quarter and half-page NPCs/monsters/pregens.

It's shaping up very nicely, and will make a great intro to bring new folks into GURPS, play if you don't have a group, and the like.

I have pushed what I hope is the last "temporary" file, in that in the next few days I expect to get the last color artwork required to complete the book. After that, it's "check all the links" time and that should wrap up the PDF of the actual adventure.

With all the artwork in hand, I can then spool the quick-reference cards, the Map pack JPGs (actually I can do that now), the token files, and finally engage with the Foundry Gang to make the small VTT actor pack.

So we should be edging up on completion of content creation, at which point it'll be time to order physical materials.

For what it's worth: Saethor's Bane is in its more or less final form now. 52 pages, full color, all art in, hyperlinks checked and fixed.

I will be closing late pledges and locking addresses later this week, after a few things happen below the waterline.

There are seven Box Sets left in my allocation of 50 that could be claimed at those pledge levels. I just approved the proof for the quick reference card deck from my card vendor, but it looks like those guys aren't going to be the long pole in the tent. I can probably handle almost 90 new backers with the order I'm placing so I'm not too worried about overflow.

But based on the feedback so far from those playing through the adventure, it's hitting its mark. It's also a fairly good-looking book, even if I say so myself.

Almost all of the digital content is now available. I think the Foundry VTT module with the character actors is all that remains, and I'm working on the required materials for that today. The GGA team seems to think that it won't take long to get from where we are to a ready-to-go module, though that has to run through Foundry VTT first. Still: not too much longer.

In any case: if you want to jump on board now, it's a good time. You'll get instant gratification on most PDF materials, and the wait time on physical stuff is minimized.

Just wanted to chime in to say:

1) My copy arrived
2) The book itself is really lovely (and I really appreciated the full colour!)
3) I played through the whole thing yesterday and had an absolute blast.

So it's safe to say I am a big fan of this! Thanks for all the hard work on it.

Is it churlish to add 'more, more' ? If not: MORE! MORE!!!

This one went really well (better than the campaign showed, since we increased from 575 to 625 backers in the post-game), so I'll definitely be doing more, as follows:

Till Death Do Us Part is also set in the same land as Saethor's Bane (called Elazar). This one will be framed as a non-explosive-growth solo adventure, probably around 175-200 points for each character. That one will need color art, but it should be fine. I'll start with color, price accordingly, and get that going.

The Isle of Elazar is in the future for The Fantasy Trip. I will be procuring the artwork for this sourcebook in color, and hopefully I'll be able to get the artwork for the recently published Isle of Sedra (neighbors!) colorized in the same campaign.

I shall be ordering all solo and sourcebook adventures with color artwork from now on, with the intent on converting them to DFRPG in the future.

I can't promise rate of delivery; I've yet to really knock one out of the park in a way that lets me get a few products ahead of myself in terms of "can make books AND eat" out of the same funding pool. But converting existing products to color is a relatively solid endeavor.

Glad to hear we'll be getting more adventures. I also like the quick reference cards, hopefully we'll also get more of those too.
One thing about the adventure I noticed though,

Let's assume that she is escorted out of the danger zone by someone friendly.

Or friendly-ish.

It's a good catch: Not precisely a continuity error because having the sister tag along seemed like a distraction so I removed it as even a mention. As an afterthought, though, having her be in the line of fire would be an interesting twist, as Taelandra's attitude after the adventure is over would be rather impacted by her sister's fate.

That's what I assumed to be the case. It was a bit of fridge logic that I only thought about it after my second run-through.
