Re: Humble Bundle of Holding
Yeah . . . and unlike Mongoose's take on Paranoia, I have heard their take on Traveller is not the best version. (Which is good, because I'm broke as heck right now and shouldn't have even picked up that Paranoia bundle.)

Re: Humble Bundle of Holding
Well, fortunately it's not Traveller, only the core Traveller book is in that bundle, the rest is all 2300AD. Don't know how that compares, but a friend grabbed that bundle for me as I've really wanted to learn more about the setting.

If forced to choose I wouldn't hesitate to be a player in a Mongoose Traveller campaign rather than a Classic Traveller campaign. But while I find the lifepath concept interesting, I really prefer choice-based and point-based character creation. |

I still prefer MegaTraveller as a more flexible set of rules. |

Ars Magica 5th ed is up.
I'm going to have to get a second job to start paying for all of this. |

Re: Humble Bundle of Holding
I was finally getting around to trying to subscribe to an email about the Bundle of Holding but I can't figure out how.
I tried Humble Bundle but Bundle of Holding doesn't appear to be there and I looked on Humble Bundle of Holding site and it doesn't look like I can create an account or log in until I buy something.

Re: Humble Bundle of Holding
I think the trouble is that this thread is titled incorrectly.
The product/page is The Bundle of Holding (http://www.bundleofholding.com/) -- there's no "Humble" in the name. I think the OP accidentally conflated this with the Humble Bundle (an unrelated "deal" page) because both had "Bundle" in the name. I'm fixing the thread title.

Re: The Bundle of Holding
The current Bundle of Holding "Indie Cornucopia +2" features two of the best RPGs I've ever played -- Nobilis (Third Edition) and The Chuubo's Marvelous Wish-Granting Engine -- as part of the full bundle. Plus several other excellent options.
This is definitely something to be thankful for, today. Go check it out.
