2. I have been looking at Mr. Pehr's Superhero article for a while to see if it could be adapted into a pulp campaign, but recently I have also been thinking that it might be possible to use it as a basis for an urban fantasy campaign which I don't know much about. |

Oh, yeah - the TFT ratings compatible Legends settings from Dark City Games... their "Time and Space" and "Old West" settings are fairly compatible. Characters are less so - a skill system in place of the talent system, but atts scale the same way.
