Storium games
Seems like those of us using Storium can use a thread to check out each other's games. (Or to answer questions for the people curious about it.)
If you don't know what Storium is, click here. -------- I'm currently running one game, Diamonds in the Sprawl, a heavily dystopian "cyberpunkish" game that currently involves the group tracking down organleggers with unknown motives: https://storium.com/game/diamonds-in-the-sprawl

Re: Storium games
I'm playing in two: Crabbe in Galactic Prison Riot (coincidentally along with PK) and Goat Moonbeam in the increasingly not safe for work Goat Simulator.
I'm not narrating one yet, but am just trying to get my face-to-face group interested. Quite apart from full stories, one potential use is to run 'between adventures' sessions, as the asynchronous aspect means that your PCs can go off in different directions and at different paces quite happily, ready to be brought back together for the next live session. Re: Storium games
Right, I should mention that in addition to narrating my own Diamonds in the Sprawl story, I'm playing in these three:
Galactic Prison Riot (sci-fi crew intervening in a hostage situation at a prison station) Westward Bound (fantasy party on the tail of a rebel leader) Judgement Day (group of strangers wake up in what might be the afterlife)

Re: Storium games
Storium's public launch has happened.
Most notable things: You can now read games without an account. You can run and play games with a free account, with limitations. Some but now all of the Kickstarter pregen worlds are now available. But not the Ken Hite one or In Nomine yet. The game I took over running: Traveller: Beowulf Beyond the Black The game I am playing in: The Return of Rocket GR-28 |

Re: Storium games
I have no inside knowledge on the Storium In Nomine situation, so count me as waiting for it to happen. I'm looking forward to running an IN game there for some friends once it's available. I think Storium is going to be an excellent fit for the setting.
