Special Raise Dead

Hey ppl,

I'd like some help here, I'm working on a custom spell, the idea is very similar to Zombie, but it should raise the dead with all of it's previous abilities including spellcasting and psionics, but while in control of the caster.

Much like The Lich King from Warcraft raised Anub'arak and other folks like Mograine and the Death Knights...

The idea, is to work something like "Enslave" with adding a undead template.
Any suggestions?
