Windows Phone App?

I'm sorry if this question has been asked before, but I couldn't find it when I did a search.

The downloadable rules for the 6th edition of Ogre mention that the companion app will be available for Windows Phone in addition to Android and iOS (in the little sidebar squeezed in between the end of 3.04.2 and the beginning of 3.05), but the app page (http://www.sjgames.com/apps/ogre/) only lists Android and iOS, and I couldn't find the app on the Windows Phone Store.

Is the Windows Phone version of this app still in the approval process, or has it fallen by the wayside?
