Missing Account

I have sent a message trying to get access to my old purchases.

Does anyone still have this issue? Any ideas how long the recovery process might take?

I know it'll be tomorrow before anyone sees my email.

And thanks to James, I have access to all my previous purchases.

Seems I changed my email for the current store from the one for the previous version.

Oops - all on me.
