In general, those are Reputations, because they don't affect the whole society. And also, there is neither a Social Regard nor a Social Stigma based on business success. Ordinarily that would lead to wealth, which would give a free +1 Status. Though in the case of a Jew in medieval England I think it would be compensated for by Social Stigma (Minority Group), which would provide both the bonus with Jews and the penalty with gentiles.

It's not at all an issue of whether you can combine favorable and unfavorable reactions. Of course you can do that. It's a matter of Social Regard and Social Stigma having specific game mechanical definitions.
