Yep. It's pretty sweet; I can totally see using it to create random NPCs of all sorts, including as the basis for almost any sort of humanoid adversaries. Great stuff.

I'm also particularly pleased to see good templates for the maids, cooks, and horse-guards my players like to hire the minute they get any money.

It is GLORIOUS!!!!!
Been enjoying reading through it from the inside out. Delicious. Delightful. Everything I had hoped it would be!

Re: DF 15 Henchmen is there
Oh yeah, more inspiration. I am going to give my players two torch-bearers on the next encounter that is taking place on an overcast night in a swamp. It will be very dark. Something tells me that the creatures won’t like the vile light and will want to kill the source of it. XD

But it's still a useful thing, and that's a clever use that I didn't think of. Thumbs up for the idea.

Re: DF 15 Henchmen is there
Now the question is whether you can make GCA templates that include equipment. If so, combined with the DF statblock output sheet, you are at the "grab three templates and you have an equipped NPC" level of easy.

Re: DF 15 Henchmen is there
I used templates from the draft of this book, straight out of the book, as adversaries and hirelings. The "guard" template is very similar to my basic warrior template, so "guard" plus "orc" is your orc warrior type, "guard" plus "orc" plus "veteran" is your subchief or chief, etc. I used the spellcasting types as cultists in the temple of chaos in my re-run of B2 The Keep on the Borderlands, too. 62-point bargain henchmen have under a 1 second survival span vs. 250 point delvers. Just FYI.
