I would assume that it is constantly emanating. It's not like with emanation that you have to select targets.

Right but you do need to take maneuvers and spend attack actions.

One pattern in Fantasy might be that they neglect to spell out all possible modifiers, so I should probably just assume it's like Aura or Persistent where there's a once-per-second output indefinitely.

I also think the scent is assumed to be always on (well, in season anyway).

The exact mechanic don't matter, NPC dont need to follow the rules and while Fantasy stat the enticing scent as an affliction in order to cover resistance rolls, range and so on, I doubt the author expected anyone would ask about how the Herecine cast it every second :)

I see the DR now at 2nd glance, I guess it being split on a line break made it camouflaged.

Interesting thing: the Herecine has 'No Head' which per MA137 means you have no nose (to cripple smelling) or jaw (to cripple biting). No ears either but that's moot since it's deaf.

I would've probably assumed 'no head' to mean 'no bite' and require 'Extra Mouth' but that hasn't been done.
