I'm assuming it's worth -20% as an Accessibility limitation. That is, in this case, it buys off a certain penalty, but doesn't help a spirit resist being summoned and bound.

Sorry, don't know how I missed it. Upon thinking about it, though, I like the idea that spirits don't see one another (unless they have special powers to do so).
