Default Two Enemies

Why there is no option for group of two Enemies?
I want to give my character Enemies, they are two people (ex-team of my present character, from another (finished) campaign). Each of them is approximately as powerful as my character, but they are almost always together, so I think they shouldn't be treated as two independent Enemies with separate Appearance Rolls...

I would just treat as one enemy at 200% cp.

Your options for small numbers of people are:
  • One person, less powerful: -5 points
  • One person, equal in power or 3-5, less powerful: -10 points
  • One person, more powerful or 6-20, less powerful: -20 points
It looks to me that the third category has space to become something like:
  • One person, more powerful or 2-3, equal in power or 6-20, less powerful: -20 points
It would be the same price as two separate Enemies, just bundled into a convenient unit to save space on the character sheet.

Because there's no value in listing every combination of people who hate you. The disad as written is an adequate guide. If you really want to do the paperwork, build one so that the other is his Ally, and take that one as your actual Enemy.

I have done variable enemies in the past (i.e. instead of rolling for a specific enemy showing up, you roll for whether an enemy shows up). I never bothered to give this an extra point value, though it should probably be a bit different in value because it makes the enemy harder to detect and eliminate.

You can only truly eliminate an enemy by buying off the disadvantage or accepting another terrible disadvantage in its place. Even if you shoot your enemy dead, another enemy of the same value will replace them. My favorite was to replace an enemy with the ghost of the enemy, meaning that the characters make their enemy even more powerful by killing them.

Darth Vader really regretted the Enemy disadvantage for this reason.

We don't see it in the movies, but i'm sure I've seen fanfics that had Obi-Wan's Force ghost harassing Vader from time to time.
