Well let's check if Tatim is awake. I assume somebody stayed with him or moved him somewhere to recover (if not I definitely check on him). Presumably, the other two around here are also screamers. Let's try going in the other direction when they diverged.

The man asks a couple more times, and one of the concordance people leads him away.

Concordance lady in SWAT Gear: "We had a medical team pick up the colonel."

Julian starts chasing one of the other signals. They're making a better attempt to run, not trying to engage him this time.

Julian notices the farther signals are converging together.

He notices this new area has people who are still out and about.
Trooper Lady: "They've entered a higher-crime area. Lockdown isn't being respected. watch for shooters."

"Other signals are converging away from here; they're probably the Starpus. We should turn around and chase those signals instead."

As they are preceding to the location, Julian hears several fire fights. The eventually make it to the location, and they find the tank of starpus, with no one near it.



Big Digger: "Sunbeam! what's going on? Reef was waving limbs around, but we did not know what she meant."
