I took a look at the sheet. Currently you have 10 skills based on IQ, Per or Will, with 8 points in each (80 points total). If you drop five of those skills by one level, that would free up 20 points which could be used to bump IQ up by 1. End result would be 5 skills stay the same, and 5 skills get an increase by one.

If you dropped all 10 skills by one, you could bump up IQ, keep them all at the same level, and still have 20 points leftover for something else. Something to think about.

Looking at the revised sheet, the process could be done again. You have 9 IQ/Per/Will-based skills at 4 points each, plus Intimidation at 8 points. Drop them all a level and you get 22 points, enough to raise IQ again, keep everything at the same level and have 2 points left over. The benefit is minor compared to the last iteration, but in the case where none of the skills have intrinsic benefits for high relative skill levels (as certain skills, like Brawling/Boxing/Karate/Judo/Throwing etc.), it may make sense to do that. Plus, a couple of extra points doesn't hurt!

Under Advantages & Perks at the end of the list you have 2 points, with no text beside it. Is there supposed to be a minor advantage there, or are those simply unspent points?

chimchim, as previously mentioned, I am leaving on travel for work tomorrow, and that's also when you indicated you were going to start the game. I'm wondering if it would make sense to start the game with the other characters, and just bring Jeb in after I return on Sept. 28. Also, did you get the e-mailed gca file?
