How to defeat Reflexive Insubstantial?

Is there any way to kill a character with Insubstantial (Reflexive, +40%) without using an attack that has Affects Insubstantial?

Attack his mind
Poison his food
Kill him in his sleep
Any other method of achieving total surprise

An Affliction with magic or psionic power modifiers could zap the Insubstantial subject, I expect.

What power source? What if the individual just has the ability with no PM?

I think that can be considered a physical attack too, and as such will not work.

Kill him in his sleep

Reflexive allows the ability to be triggered in one's sleep without having to be aware of the attack.

Any other method of achieving total surprise

Reflexive negates that as it allows Insubstantial to trigger even if the character is unaware of the attack. Unless the attack is psionic or magical attack, of course, but even then the advantage is triggered and does not help.

That effectively adds "Affects Insubstantial" to your attacks. I wanted to see if there was a mundane way to kill the character with Insubstantial, not become the character in order to kill him.

"Although you can pass through solids you must still breathe". If you breath then you can be poisoned by what you breath. It is not an attack. It's an environmental effect.

If the insubstantial person also has defenses against all the possible attacks then his opponents are just screwed. But the default with highly exotic Advantages like that is that they do in fact have a power source. Of course not every power source offers a feasible line of attack but the possibility should not be ignored and it's certainly something I'd look for when fighting the unbeatable man.

Oh and one other alternative is extreme temperature control.
