Not that I thought about it, I recalled that an advocate is already canonically listed as using three skills on the job as actual prerequisites: Law, Diplomacy and Public Speaking. Of course, I see nothing wrong with lawyers using other skills as appropriate to the situation (e.g. the aforementioned Interrogation, or Detect Lies etc.).
I looked at doing a Courtroom Tactics style for Civil Arts, but the trouble was that there were too many different legal systems with different procedures for presenting a case. But the basic logic of the advocate trying to influence the decision maker to decide in favor of the client goes back at least to Aristotle.
