I wish I could have gotten access to that article back before Pyramid changed its delivery model.
Force (ft lbs) over Crosscutting of the Penetrating Weapon (the bullet)? I would assume this would be in square inches? Would that be as an area or just the diameter? Energy^1/2 / area or (Energy / area )^1/2 (i'm more inclined to think its the second) |

So when you say damage values are off for high ST values with melee weapons you mean the values are too high or too low?
