Rate of Fire on a Binding Attack?
would the ST on a binding attack stack if I increased the rate of fire?
like this: Binding attack/1 (Rapid Fire:2, +40%) 4 points would increasing the rate of fire, assuming it hits both times, increase the ST of the binding attack by stacking? Kinda like spiderman shooting out a whole bunch of little webs really fast to wrap someone up? |

Re: Rate of Fire on a Binding Attack?
Good question, all I can say is that my munchkin alarm goes off. I'd have to check the actual numbers to tell though... and it's late right now...
Can someone do a few comparisons? |

Re: Rate of Fire on a Binding Attack?
Would a single roll to break free not just break all the webs binding the victim, meaning one tiny web is only as good as 100 tiny ones?

"On a hit, your victim is grappled (see p. 370) and rooted in place. He cannot select the Move or Change Posture maneuvers or change facing, and is at -4 to dx. The ST of this effect is equal to your Binding level, but you can layer additional attacks on a succesfully bound victim. Each extra layer gives +1 to ST." but what I'm really wondering is if each hit with rapid fire counts as a layer. |
