You can be more easily charmed by people you consider attractive, so it seems like a disadvantage to consider ugly things attractive, in which case maybe it could be a quirk level "Delusion: Ugly is Beautiful too" where if there are reaction penalties they get inverted into reaction bonuses.

Pg 26 of PU6 has "Preferred Looks" under the "Preferences and Aversions" category. So you could take "prefers ugly" or maybe "dislikes beautiful" to mess with the usual function of htings?

Pg 27 "Soft spot" might also apply. Or under Preoccupations something like "Compulsion: Romance with Ugly Things".

It's always cool when char profile stuff is statted, kind of helps in organizing it and crunch reflecting the fluff.

It also provides a welcome bonus to Fright Checks, which is good in horror campaigns.
Xenophilia doesn’t mention reaction modifiers at all, but it does mention Things that Man Was Not Meant To Know, which usually all have monstrous or horrific appearance, so it’s clearly meant to ignore those modifiers. Lecherousness means you might have sex with anything you find attractive, xenophilia means you find anything strange attractive regardless of appearance.
