Fundementally, it's just table rolls. You could do worse than to just make the tables, and when you get a location that says "roll on a subtable" you just go roll on that subtable.

Never saw the heart as a seperate hit location before. I was wondering what was the effcts, it seems to be the same as a regular vital hit with the only difference being the heart is more difficult to hit?

Is the heart simply more difficult to hit, and gives no other benefit (unless its a vampire obviously!)

Meh, so it's just for Vulnerabilities, and doesn't interact with the extra heart biomod in any way.
