Anyway, quantifying its benefits is really helpful and I think under the assumed circumstances it's well worth the cost. I don't think I'll implement it in my games any time soon, as I'd have to change how I treat sense rolls but regardless it's nice to know how it really should work just in case.

Wouldn't that make it 4 times?

ST10 is 20lbs Basic Lift
ST20 is 80lbs
ST45 is 202lbs Basic Lift (thus 10x stronger than a normal human)

Unless I'm misunderstanding the system?

Optional rule called 'Know Your Own Strength' that scales ST differently.
