Role play out your request to speak to the goblin king, and what you want to say to him.
Then make a Reaction Roll or suitable Influence skill roll, with a -5 penalty in addition to other modifiers.

In addition to the truce/alliance I guess we can offer the King a cozier place using Telrith's abiities, would this be possible?

Telrith does less "Cozy" and more "Big and Quick".

Thanks for posting ajardoor, I am preparing Bain's interactions. I guess the team will have questions/comments, we will deliver those IC via Bain. Bain rolled observation (13) 5 to prevent ambushes, leadership (10) 10 to demonstrate cohesion/face, the reaction roll was 13 after modifiers.
