Default Halve Doge Question

When you are below 1/3 HP or FP and it asys to halve move & dodge,
do you add bonuses from retreat, extra effort, ect... before or after the halving?

Not sure if it's the official ruling or not, but I add them after. I figure the rules mean "halve your Dodge score" and these add afterward. So basic, all-time adds halve (if your Dodge is 9 + 1 for Combat Reflexes, +1 for Enhanced Dodge, it drops to 11/2 = 5) but conditional modifies add straight-up (same guy retreats, he rolls against an 8).

It keeps everyone at the table a little more sane, because then you aren't trying to add 1.5 to your pre-rounded halved score or whatever.

I'm going literal interpretation on this. Base dodge is move plus three, so half dodge is half move plus 3/2. Move 5 Dodge 8 becomes Move 2.5 + 1.5 or 4, which is what you'd expect from halving 8. Round down after adding mods like retreat. 8 dodge 11 retreating dodge. Halving should result in 5.5 (5).

5/2 + 3/2 + 3/2 = 5.5, as opposed to 5/5 (2) + 1.5 (1) + 1.5 (1) or 4.

It explicitly states that you round up though.
