Yes. Just think of a Russian, diversified version of Sheldon Cooper, with military training from the best special forces in the country. I have followed the templates in the book, and I saw a score of 14 for IQ and DX, which I have assigned to an approximate IQ of 160 SD15. We needed an archenemy for Major Anna M. Kennedy.

And without an undergraduate degree or significant work experience...

It is my fault. It did not seem relevant to me to write the lower qualifications.

The GM in me asks, how is all this highly-improbable number-crunching relevant to a campaign? Players won't read it, and it has nothing to do with a story or adventure in anything but the most peripheral way. And why is everyone written up as characters from "Hitman" or "Salt"? Is there a plot here about child-prodigy super-soldiers, a la "Black Widow"?
There really isn't a reason I can see to require they all be so young and exceptional, unkess that's a key part of all this. Otherwise, the "why" of it is escaping me. Do you have a metaplot in mind for your campaign that would maybe put all this in perspective?

Y'know you can make smart and capable characters without piling up every possible qualification you could get before you turn thirty right?

Started university at age 10?

It's all quite ridiculous.

I don't get why people like that would go and be trigger pullers in a special forces unit. Why don' t they use their academic qualifications to do research to further their academic field? I mean, this is a person who has two Masters degrees before most people start their undergraduate degree.

Laurent Simons. Degree by the age of 11. He is about 145 IQ (GURPS IQ 13).

Laurent Simons

Edit. If you consider the average bachelor to be about 110-115 IQ (+1SD), and make it GURPS IQ 11, that would mean that by IQ 12 you learn twice as fast, IQ 13 for four times faster, and IQ 14 for eight times faster. GURPS qualifies 12-13 as a "Competent/Low-risk professional", so the average bachelor require about 8 skill points for their major to raise it up to 12 (let's say it is a Hard skill). You just need 1 skill point to get to that level by IQ 14.

Edit 2. Seriously, the system perfectly represents this particular case. If we assume that Laurent Simons has an IQ of 13, and that means he learns 4 times faster, than completing first grade, twelfth grade, and high school takes 12 years, and a bachelor's degree 4, then: 12/4+4/4+6=10, so Laurent Simons, with an IQ of 13, was able to complete his bachelor's degree at the age of 10.

Which really, when you think about it, is peanuts compared to the characters we can just make up with GURPS rules.

One important thing to verify about these new characters though, is that they are all Beautiful or Very Beautiful, and that they have no Quirks or Disads. Right?
